Episode 8: Ian Davenport: Horizons

Art Advisor Jennifer Klos joins artist Ian Davenport for a behind-the-scenes look at his major survey exhibition, “Ian Davenport: Horizons” on view at Dallas Contemporary. The exhibition explores the artist’s unconventional, process-led approach to painting: drips, puddles, pours, and splats. The survey show celebrates three decades of the artist’s work with color and repetitive mark-making, often seen in his large-scale works.
